Payments
Co-payments or Time of Service payments are due at the time of each appointment. We accept all credit cards.
Insurance Billing
We are happy to courtesy bill both in and out of network for our patients with insurance benefits for acupuncture. Please contact your insurance ahead of time to confirm your exact benefits, and whether we are in or out of network on your plan.
Please note that we are Out of Network with Kaiser/CHP, Cigna, and Oregon Health Plan/CareOregon.

Time of Service Fees
Payments made at the time of service, for those without acupuncture benefits on their health plan.
ACUPUNCTURE SESSIONS (CHINESE HERBAL CONSULT INCLUDED) – herbs and/or supplements are not included.
- Initial intake and acupuncture treatment: $210 (90-120-minutes)
- Return acupuncture treatments: $110 (60 minutes)
- Missed appointments or cancellations less than 24-hours: $100
